Refunds will be given when an event is cancelled due to inclement weather; the booking can be rescheduled to another available date at no extra cost. No refund and no reschedule will be allowed due to clients inability to attend the original event.

If for any reason we are unable to provide the service that was agreed to, we are NOT responsible for any other associated costs you may incur.

Events will be cancelled with no refund if our supervisors deem the participant/s are in a vulnerable state due to the influence of drugs, alcohol or inappropriate behaviour. Any changes to the event, payment will need to be made on the day.
